All cookies are individually heat sealed to ensure quality and taste.
Heat sealed cookies can last 3 weeks at room temp or 3 months if frozen.*
Keep cookies stored in a cool dry place away from sunlight, heat sources, and humidity. Do not store in the refrigerator.
*The proper way to store frozen cookies is to remember these 3 rules:*
Keep them in their original heat sealed packaging; do not open it.
Place frozen cookies on the counter or table and leave alone for a few hours.
Once the cookie is fully thawed and room temp, then you can go ahead and enjoy!
If you open the package while the cookie is still cold the condensation will adhere to the icing and change the consistency of it. It'll look like the icing is sweating and the colors will run, drip, and ruin the image; while also simultaneously ruining the texture of the royal icing. The same rules apply for edible image cookies as well.
